The place of the Turkmen people in the world culture is shaped by their talent and skill, wisdom and diligence, and their tireless labor. Their contributions to human life and society are worthy of admiration and respect.
Several such historical treasures have been collected from among the people and handed over to the Mary Velayat Museum. Among them is a bronze Soky vessel (18th–19th centuries), intended for threshing grain, as well as a household item used for washing. Another valuable artifact is a ceramic jug with a side handle, likely designed for pouring and storing liquids. Also noteworthy are a small rug crafted by the skilled hands of a Turkmen woman and an ornate men’s headpiece. These captivating treasures will later be supplemented with detailed information through mobile and permanent exhibitions, ensuring the public gains a full understanding of their significance.
